A Thoughtful Teatime Experience

At our tea house, we are dedicated to creating a serene and elegant environment where every guest can fully enjoy the tradition of afternoon tea. To preserve the peaceful nature of each teatime and ensure the best possible experience for all, we kindly ask that you observe the following policies.

Reservations Required

We are reservation only—walk-ins are not accepted. Each teatime is thoughtfully prepared in advance, with careful attention to detail, presentation, and guest preferences. When booking, please provide the exact number of guests in your party, as food is prepared specifically for that count and changes cannot be made on the day of your reservation.

Dietary Restrictions & Special Requests

If anyone in your party has dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate special requests, some modifications may not be possible, and additional charges may apply for substitutions.

Children & Age Policy

To maintain a calm and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests, at this time we do not allow children under 8 years old. However, we will soon be offering private parties in our event space that can accomodate children 8 and younger. Check back soon for more details or call for more information.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. Due to the amount of preparation involved in each service, cancellations made after this window—or failure to arrive—may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit, if applicable.
